Meghan and Alex!

Meghan and Alex were actually already married before Saturday- they got married before Alex was deployed to Iraq, but he's back safe and sound, and they held a beautiful vow renewel ceremony on Saturday! I was so excited to shoot this for them! I know Meghan from high school, and she's truly one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. She was such a beautiful bride, and she and Alex are such a genuine, loving couple.

The event was held at the Alber Orchard in Manchester.

I stuck with an apple theme for a lot of the detail shots :)

Julie and Joe are married!

Joe and Julie were married on friday at the Henry Ford Estate in Dearborn. Although the day started out rainy- and made us all nervous, it ended up being a beautiful event, and a beautiful day.

Melinda's bridals

I had the pleasure of shooting a bridal session for one of my July brides, the absolutely beautiful Melinda, the other day. Props to Dustin for coming out to shoot with me! He has an AMAZING shot of Melinda up HERE!

Candice and Jason are Engaged!

I had a second engagement session on Sunday- Candice and Jason! They're having a November wedding- a week after Jason gets home from the Navy! And he leaves in a week! At least Candice can stay busy planning her wedding, and staring at these romantic photos when she misses him :)

And yes, Mom, I know I take a lot of kissing photos :)

Sunday seemed to be a big day for kayaking, and as Candice and Jason were posing for this shot, the people on the river could see them- but not me. They starting hooting and whistling at them, since from their vantage point, it just looked like two people making out by the river :)

Jen and Brian are Engaged!

Jen and Brian are getting married this December. We had a really fun session at the Henry Ford Estate in Dearborn on Sunday. I didn't realize how big the place was! It was a very romantic location for engagement photos :)
